Student Assessment Booking

Please submit the form below to book your assessment. Assessments are accommodated on all days that classes are running. For students entering grades 1 through 12, they will join the appropriate class and may sit with the classroom teacher and/or coordinator to conduct an assessment of literacy and numeracy. Younger students entering JK/SK will spend 15-20 minutes with one of our staff to explore the classroom environment. Please note that assessments take place at 9:00 am, if this time is not suitable, contact us for alternative times that we will do our best to accommodate.
